So I had found this recipe online about italian turkey sliders, well that idea sounded appealing to me but also too bland at the same time. I wanted to add my own twist on the mix I had found online so I decided to add some pesto, panko breadcrumbs, feta cheese, cayenne pepper, garlic and of course salt and pepper.

Chicken Tikka Sliders
Well I had some marinated chicken in the freezer that I had pulled out to use but I didn’t want to just grill the chicken like I always do so I decided to try something new, I took the marinated chicken and then breaded it with Panko breadcrumbs and then fried it in a pan to make little sliders out of. They turned out REALLY good way better than I had expected. Anyway here is a pic of it 😀
